  • Property listing, inspection coordination, and allocation support
  • Transaction documentation facilitation

3.2 Land Banking & Site Servicing

  • Structuring long‑term land banking projects

  • Infrastructure staging for governed estates

3.3 Capital, Asset & Community Platform (CAPITAL + ASSET + COMMUNITY)

  • Structuring projects that combine capital, real assets (land, developments, and titled property interests), and governed communities
  • Facilitation of Capital + Asset + Community platforms rather than land-only transactions
  • Joint Venture coordination between asset owners, community stakeholders, developers, and capital partners

3.4 Advisory & Consultancy (Non‑Financial)

  • General real estate advisory and feasibility discussions
  • Market insights and project guidance

4. CUSTOMIZATION & PROJECT‑SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Allocation Letters
  • Deeds of Assignment
  • Joint Venture Agreements
