This document must be read carefully before registering interest, committing capital, or participating in any REDOC HOMES project.

The purpose of this Disclosure is to:

- Coordination between capital providers, asset owners, developers, and community stakeholders
- Project communication, governance frameworks, and site servicing
REDOC HOMES:
- Is not a bank, fund manager, trustee, stockbroker, or portfolio manager
- Does not operate a collective investment scheme
- Does not guarantee capital, returns, or exit timelines
3. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION
Participation may involve:

- Asset-based partnerships
- Community-based real estate projects
- Long-term holding, development, or value-creation strategies
Each project is governed by separate project-specific documents, which prevail over general website information.
4. KEY RISK FACTORS
Participants acknowledge and accept the following non-exhaustive risks:

Real estate values may fluctuate due to economic, market, or policy changes.
4.2 Liquidity Risk
Real estate participation is illiquid. Capital may not be withdrawable until defined exit milestones.
4.3 Regulatory & Title Risk
Government approvals, title perfection, zoning, and land-use regulations may cause delays or restrictions.
4.4 Development & Infrastructure Risk
Delays or variations may arise from construction, site servicing, access roads, utilities, or community factors.
4.5 Counterparty & Third-Party Risk

Participants expressly acknowledge that:

Participants confirm that they:

7. NON-RELIANCE & REPRESENTATIONS
Participants acknowledge that:
- They have not relied solely on marketing materials, website content, or verbal statements
- Only executed written agreements form binding obligations
- No representation outside official documents shall be binding on REDOC HOMES
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK & CONSENT
By proceeding, the participant expressly confirms that:

- They are financially capable of bearing potential losses
- They consent to participate without guarantees
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDOC HOMES shall not be liable for:

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
